"US bans swearing"
In a small town near Boston, in the USA has voted to fine people who swears. If people prohibited loud then they will be fined. If they swear they will be fine 20 (U.S) dollars.
"When it is the right time to Swear"
It’s never the right time to swear. It not nice to swear in front little kids because they might pick it up and copy you. Swearing can just come out when you are angry or it just yourself . Swearing is used to hurt people or they use for no reason at all. Swearing, is what some adults use.
