My future

This is a painting that was done by me . I painted this because I think my future could be come reality.

The Heart Attack Grill

I think that The Heart Attack Grills shouldn't be allowed to operate in Glen Innes Auckland New Zealand. The Reason why I think it shouldn’t be able to run is because their food will cause people to become obese.

The Heart Attack Grill has a high level of fat in their burgers which are filled with heaps of oil .  The Heart Attack Grill burgers are stacked  four meat patties high with extra layers of cheese.  Plus their chips  are fried in animal fat and their drinks are butter cream milk shakes.

Jon Basso who is the man who runs The Heart Attack Grills say’s “ this food will kill you but if you would want a burger I will make it for you”. People who like to go to The Heart Attack Grill should think more about what the food contains  

Jon Basso also say’s that “if you are over 300 lbs  you get your meal for free” . He has signs that his food will kill you but if you are going to take the risk he will make it for you. What if I was obese and had no money where would I go to get a feed ?? The Heart Attack Grills or the dairy , I would go where I could eat for free.

I think The Heart Attack Grill shouldn't be aloud to operate in Glen Innes because obesity amongst the community will increase.   

Bread

Breads nice , its even nicer when it’s warm straight out of the oven , its even better with a topping of butter or jam , which makes me really hungry right at this moment.

Well today miss King our teacher’s mother Mama King came in our class to make some tasty bread. We had all the ingredients to make the bread , but its didn't just magically turn into bread . We had to do some steps to do that .

I would LOVE to say a big THANK you to Mama King for coming in today and making bread with us.

Will.I.AM

Will.I.am song are inspirational, plus most of his songs  are to  help people be strong , thoughtful , positive , and just to be you. Some of his songs are about perishing your dreams. He came to the school and gave 100, 000 dollars to  manaiakalani foundation. 

In one of Will.I.am songs called The Power feat Justin Bieber he has  lyrics that might help people with there life , and some may be based on his past and his life. The lyrics that I think are inspiring in his song  “Stay so cool, i'm chilli , I done made that maley, On my way to that valet, Used to have a ticket thing, but now I got that bigger bank ,Who who cares what the haters state ,They hate on me cause we doing what they can’t”.

Will.I.am had a rough life growing up , he stayed in a place that didn't have much money . But with his dreams he strived to succeed and be came a guy who is rich and wealthy.

My learning on what I have done this term .

Bad dreams

Once upon a time , there was a photo a very scary photo . It was in a haunted house . I went in and couldn't get out.

Everyday I was trapped until I found a way to get out of the haunted house. It wasn’t easy but I succeeded in a way I wouldn't believe.

But one day I saw the Photo again in my dreams and then the next night i had the same dream , and again and again. I had a feeling that the photo was now in the house next door.

Because of that I didn’t sleep for a whole week. So one night I went next door and went inside and i saw many scary photos but none like the in my dreams. I looked around and then  the door slammed closed and locked me in.

Suddenly I looked up and there was stairs going up . I had a feeling that the photo was up in one of the rooms.

I walked up and realized , then looked right and there was the photo from in my dreams hanging on the wall , I went and got it and walked back down . I went to look at the door, then it opened like magic.

Until finally i got out of the house , i never had been better .

Ever since I had no more bad dreams about the photo , and i didn’t think that photo was scary after all.

The moral of the story is don't let your mind freak you out .

Missing key

Zion was walking in the park ,looking for the right sized stick for her dog Sam. As she was looking she came across a key.  It was just lying there like no one owned it. Zion picked it up and whispered to herself “where did this come from ?”.  She stood up and looked around while her dog was running. Zion saw a shadow disappear into the bushes . She called “ is someone there? “  no one answered.  Her pet Sam ran into the bush and didn’t come out! She called once more “ is someone there?” no reply. Whatever would she do now?

Spongebob and Patrick

On hot day Spongebob and his best friend named Patrick , were surfing at the beach . While surfing, Spongebob suddenly yells “WOOOOO !” as he falls off the surfboard and into the water.


Looking at Spongebob with a rather cheeky grin on his face, Patrick shakes head with an idea  . “Oooooo” Grabbing his surfboard, he stands on it and reaches for his bottle of glue and shouts  “ Apply the Sauce!” .


Patrick sets off surfing while singing with joy “ I will not be separated from this surfboard!” Not long after, Patrick sees a rock “ ROCK !! Separate ! Separate! “ He screamed with such eagerness to get off his surfboard. He slams into the rock! His body separates in half and flies


away to end up in the sand .  His  skeleton is on the sand and his skin washes up right after it . Patrick’s skeleton says to his skin “I like your sandles  “ his skin replies  “ thanks we’re inseparable”.

Nemo

As Dory approached  Marlin who was in a grumpy mood , under the deep blue seas, she said “Hey Mr Grumpy Gills. When life gets you down, you know what you gotta do?” Marlin grounched and replied  “ I don’t want to know what you gotta do” .  
“ Sorry “. whispered Dory.

Dory  screamed,  happily singing outta tune "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming,  just keep swimming, swimming, swimming What do we do? We swim swim”

Mariln exclaimed “  Dory, No singing “

Dory grabbed Marlin’s fin and swam down into the deep “ I love to swim. When you want to swim”

As they disappeared into the depths Marlin yelled “ See I’m gonna get stuck now with that song now it’s in my head”

Easter

Why Do We Have Easter

The priest were jealous when Jesus had arrived in Jerusalem on a donkey that his friends have gotten for him . They were jealous of him because they didn't like the ordinary people liking him so much. They were so jealous of they wanted him killed and arrested.

Why do we have easter eggs for easter?? What do they represent ?? What part do easters egg play in easter.  We have Easter eggs to help symbolize life being reborn, I got that from a site that i had came across.

Black hole

What would you do if you saw a black hole ? What would be going through your head ? Would you touch it or would you be too careous ?

It was the early hours of the morning and Ahsin heard a sound coming from the office at work .  CLASHHH!! . Ashin walked up to the the desk and there was  black hole , he slowly approached it and  put out his hand and touched it . He noticed that it really was a black portal that could go trough items.  

He found a black hole .  He looked so careous  , he looked like he was thinking what  should he do,  touch it or not. He looked so unsure about what he should do.

Ahsin saw the vending machine f

rom a distance and had an idea to use the black hole to grab a chocolate bar out of the vending machine. He put the black hole up against the machine .He was very cheeky to use the black hole to grab a chocolate bar out of the machine using the black hole.

Then he saw the office that had a safe with all the money in it , but when he walked open to the door it was locked. Then he look at the black hole and then he had a grin on his face. Once he got into the office , he saw the safe. And used the black hole to steal money from the safe . He tapped the black hole to the safe and used it to grab money out of it , when there was no more money he climbed in to see if there was any more . But then the black hole fell  down and then he was locked in the safe. The hole fell down because it was taped  on to the safe

I think that  Ashin deserved being stuck in the safe, because he tried to steal from the safe.

Surfing Dog

Sam and his dog Nike set off for a day at the beach. It was 7:40 in the morning and the sun was still half asleep.

They headed down to the beach with sam’s surfboard. They got to the beach and nike ran straight in the water , but then sam said to nike “come here boy, you ready”  . Nike barked at Sam and  Sam took that as a yes .

Sam put nike on to the surfboard , and pushed nike out on the water. Nike was a little bit scared but after awhile he got used to it . Nike was surfing it was unbelievable , Nike got all wet when he got hit by lil waves. Sam was cheerfully being happy because Nike was surfing away .

A couple weeks later Nike was famous . He found himself staring on T.v . Nike was a popular. People were talking about Nike everywhere . Nike is the best dog ever said his owner Sam .

10 Sentences

Tyla-Maire, Gloria and I created these 10 sentences to describe a photo of a dog on a surfboard.

 1). "You ready, Chucky?" my owner (Jay) asks me, carefully putting me on the surfboard.

2).Bright and early, with my ridiculous outfit on, Jay pushes me off to sea.

3). On top of the surfboard, I shiver with horror.

4). Miraculously, I glided along the cool blue waves.

5). Without knowing, a wave crashes on top of me.

6). Floating on the water, I shake my fake mane of a lion.

7). Flinging the water from my wet suit, I paddle back to shore.

8). Wet and soaking, I shudder as Jay squeezes me with joy.

9). "GREAT JOB!" he cheers.

10). A couple of weeks later, I find myself staring on a commercial.

Maths

This awesome video was created by Logan and Tyla from room 15. First we had  to learn how to do our magic trick with maths that we learnt with our teacher Miss King. The second step was to practice our trick , and then the last step was to interview people and do the trick on them .

Red rope

​If you saw a red rope dangling from the sky, would you pull it. What if you heard about a legend saying that pulling it would cause you to have al the money in the world.  But the consequence would be that five random babies would die. What if all of a sudden you pull it and it broke. Would you think that as a good thing or bad. Or would you have never pulled it and make life easy without worrying about a broken rope. Make good decisions so you would have good consequences. It's your choice!

Kiwi Touch

Playing jungle touch, was a very confusing game. Playing it with like 16 players on one team and like 14 on the other. Jungle touch was very confusing, we even played with 3 touch balls.

At touch we had a kiwi coach that was from Auckland touch. The coach's name was called Kevin. He was a bit hard to understand for most of the sessions we had to do.

When we got into some skills the first thing that we did was passing the ball. We had to run in a line in fours. But if we dropped the ball we would have to do five push ups. Once we got the hang of passing the ball Kevin threw in 2 balls which made it difficult.

Playing kiwi touch was cool for P.E and I can't wait to do it next week.

Ice cream

So hot on a sunny day,  sitting at home feeling so bored.  I was feeling so lazy to get up and go outside. When my aunty walks in and says, “ do you want to come strawberry farm ” I got up straight away with a smile and said, “ yes ”.

As soon as we got to strawberry farm,  it was hot as . I  was dieing to have one of their nice cold ice cream.  My uncle got his one first his ice cream was blueberry it looked nice as. 

Waiting in line for my ice cream in the hot sun. Looking around and seeing people with their ice cream , made me want mine straight away. When I got my strawberry ice cream I tasted it and I felt very refreshing.

Lollipop Moments

This video is inspired by many people it has also caught my attention that has also inspired me.

The main ideas about this story is that this guy has changed someones life. He didn't do something big or small he jus did sonething simple.

He changed someones life and four year later the person life that he changed thanked him and he didn't even remember that day.

Lollipop moments is well a moment that changed someone's life or a moment that makes a person feel better . A lollipop moment doesn't have to be big or small actually it can be pretty simple to do, you could help someone like your mum , dad or brothers ,sisters or just by saying thank u ,can make someone feel better or something kind .

In the story one of the main ideas is to mainly to help someone or just being kind. If u just be kind to someone that could make their day or even change their mind.

If I was to create a lollipop moment i would start by asking anyone in my family if they need any help , like with the washing but if my mum says yes I would do it. If I was also to create a lollipop moment at school , I will help a teacher thats carry something or if they ask me to help.
