Maui and Matau

I 'm going to tell you about a game that I have learnt in Maori. It is called Maui and Matau.

You have to Hold one stick then you have let go of the stick that you were holding to move. You move a step to the left or the right depending on whether the leader calls maui or matau. Then you try and catch the other stick in you new place.

My reading group read about thug chai which are Vietnamese fishing boats. I have written instruction on how they are made.

1.Cut long poles of green banboo

2.Scrape off the outer skin.

3. Slice the poles into thin slats.

4.Weave the bamboo .

5. Lashed bamboo around the rim .

6.Put the sticky resin on the boat.

Samoa vs Namibia

On Wednesday night the 14th of September 2011,Samoa is playing Namibia for the Rugby World Cup.The Rugby game will be at Rotorua and the game will start at 14.30 .My prediction score for Namibia 41 and Samoa 33.

Rugby World Cup Begins

The Rugby World Cup opening started on Friday. It was spectacular and staining event ,that people could watch live or at home on t.v.

The crowed goes wild near the water front.The crowed wild with lots,of pushing and shaving one and a nether in Queen’s street.People taking
up most of the roads.

The fire works on Friday night was the biggest fire work displays ever.The fire
works had lots of defeat colors,that will go high in to the sky.
The smoke that was left behind from,the fire works was combined with lights.

Although the city struggled with the huge crowd,most people agreed that the opening ceremony was a huge success.

The Rugby World Cup Kick off

The Rugby World Cup Kicks off tomorrow.The teams that are playing on Friday night are the All Blacks and Tonga going head to head with one and a nethere.The game will start,whit the haka and then it will be Tonga's turn to perform their chant.In my vision I think the All Blacks are going to win because of Sonny Bill Williams offloads.My prediction `score for the All blacks that I think of is 32 and for Tonga 22.
